This duct, well what looks like a duct, just dead ends. It looks exactly the same as the duct on the other side, but it doesn't go to an oil cooler. I wonder how much drag they are giving up with this dead end duct. 
It would probably be better if it were blanked off at the front, not after air has had a chance to flow into it. I wonder if its there for some other purpose ?
