The yellow monster you see today was originally a standard GT-R. But now it's the most yellow R35 in the entire world! No, not really. I can't back that up... but it is very yellow. Ditching the stock scheme for something a little more sinister, Chen had the good folks over at Wet Works Garage in Costa Mesa, whip up something. Enter the there's-no-way-in-hell-you-could-possibly-miss-me Lamborghini yellow paint with pearlescent highlights.
Axis Wheels R35 GT-R was featured on the cover of Super Street Magazine last month. Heres the article, online from the offline magazine. This was done prior to the SEMA show. The car sports different wheels here than it had at the SEMA Show and at the Buttonwillow track day.
James has a thing for yellow. Nearly all his cars, his clothes, shoes, socks, are yellow. James even says his underwear are yellow. I didn't check that out personally, I will trust James on that one. He calls this car Big Bird. I say call it Big Bird II. We already have a Big Bird GT-R.
