Take one modified Nissan GT-R. Take one Suzuki Hayabusa 1340 cc motorcyle. Line them up and run them to 300 km/hr +. What happens ? Watch the video to see.
My motorcycle friends informed me the picture of a Hayabusa I had, was the wrong year. Also the Hayabusa is now 1340 cc.

actually amazing to see the GTR launch on the busa like that. Although the busa's launch doens't look very good. Hopefully there is a busa there that was modified that raced on a video. Maybe nos or turbo'd.
Bikes are not the easiest thing to get off the line. Especially on the street. Lots of cars are hard to get off the line on the street. I would say that the Hayabusa is pretty stock. A turbo or NOS Hayabusa would be a low 9 second, or 8 second bike. The modified GT-R is quick, but not that quick.
No matter how fast you are, there is someone faster.
Did you just say NAWWWWSSSS!?
It's Nitrous
NOS is a company!
YES!! It is about time a normal street car with bolt on mods is as quick as a fast bike!! I am so sick of bike guy making fun of cars.
Hey! GTR's have been beating bikes since the debut of the R32 and you could launch these earlier versions at 9000rpm. I have witnessed an R32 in Antigua beating bikes during the mid 90's, after there were no cars left to beat.
It's very impressive to see a car perform on the level of the GT-R P800, however, to be fair, a Busa with less than $3000 in upgrades and an experienced rider at the helm would still slaughter the $90,000 GT-R.
I've watched hundreds of bike v car vids and that's the best I've *ever* seen a car do apart from a 1000hp+ Hennessey Viper from a roll. It's just so usable though. The turbo sounds like it spools quite quickly and then when it spools no massive torque spike and wheelspin through first and second like a single turbo supra. Four wheel drive and 3.8L twin turbos rocks, this is immense. :) If I get a job that pays enough I'm going to buy one, even if I live in a crap house! Anything other than a modified 997 Turbo or Veyron doesn't get a look in for everyday usability and performance. It's just so dam quick, I still can't get over it lol. That bike makes any stock exotic look slow yet the GT-R almost got it.
I've seen a GTR whoop a bugatti's ass...So I don't think it's quit fair to put a gtr with a busa...Plus I agree the rider didn't get to a good start and maybe it wasn't the best person to do the race...who knows.....
The gtr is jus the best car u can mod now
